Membership Terms & Conditions
Contract period: Please note, the initial time commitment for the membership is 3 months after which you may cancel at anytime. If you do not cancel after the first 3 months the automatic payments will continue to be deducted until you ask for the membership to be canceled. If you would like to cancel, it is required to notify us 2 weeks in advance of your next monthly payment. Excepting special circumstances, refunds will not be given if you decide to cancel after a payment has been already been deducted.
Vacation/Suspension: Membership can be suspended if you plan to take a vacation only if you notify us 2 weeks in advance of that month's payment.
Unused Time: There is no refund for unused time on memberships, and there are no extensions. Once you sign up it is your responsibility to use the membership to your satisfaction, or else cancel it. Those who are uncertain about their ability to commit should consider buying 5-Class Pass or 10-Class Pass instead of a membership.
Class card expiration
A 5 class card expires after 3 months, a 10 class card after 6 months. If a student purchases a new card within that time frame remaining class credits will roll over into the new card.
As with our unlimited monthly membership, if circumstances arise where you need a vacation extension we can do that! Just ask!

Gift certificates are available in the studio and online!

We now accept credit cards in the studio as well as cash and check!
Drop-Ins
Drop-ins always welcome. No advance registration is required - just drop in on any class, and arrive early to meet the instructor and to fill out a registration form.
Ride your bike to class 10 times and get the 11th class free!
Ask for a bike punch card when you come to class! Cards are kept on file at the studio, just let the instructor know when you ride your bike. Completed cards can be used by you or given to friends!
Financial aid/Scholarship fund
The scholarship fund/financial aid is open to all students who may not be able to afford the cost of our classes in part or at all. Applications are available in the studio or can be downloaded HERE. Simply fill out the form and return it to us in studio or through email before the 15th of the month. Decisions are made the last week of the month with awarded class cards and/or scholarships beginning the 1st of the following month. Applications are kept on file for 3 months, so no need to reapply every month. Work trades are also available.
APPLICATIONS MUST INCLUDE INCOME VERIFICATION. Applications without will not be considered. If you have any questions about what to provide please email michelle@thepeoplesyoga.org
